Bio
Carlie Wall
Singer, Songwriter and guitarist
When Carlie Wall first picked up a guitar, she knew music would become her voice. By 13, she had already written and released her debut album, launching a career rooted in raw talent, heartfelt storytelling, and an unmistakable voice. Every song on every album she’s released has been written solely by her, showcasing her deeply personal and authentic approach to music.
Carlie’s songwriting has earned her multiple first-place awards, including a prestigious win representing Utah in the Colgate Country Showdown, which led her to the regional finals in Coos Bay, Oregon. Her voice has also made a lasting impact in commercial work—most notably as the featured singer for the 15-year-running Dixie Direct radio ad in St. George, Utah.
Throughout her career, Carlie has collaborated with a range of talented artists, including a powerful operatic duet of The Prayer with Nathan Osmond at Tuacahn Amphitheatre. She’s recorded at the iconic 17th Street Studios in Santa Monica, California—home to legendary acts like Sublime and Sugar Ray—and has graced the pages of numerous magazines and newspapers. Carlie has also shared the stage with national acts, performing alongside Secondhand Serenade and Camera Can’t Lie at the Electric Theater in St. George, Utah.
She has headlined shows across the western U.S., from the beaches of Hawaii to the deserts of Arizona, the lights of Las Vegas, the stages of Utah, and the coastlines of Oregon. Between the ages of 13 and 17, she toured extensively with her full band and is now, at 29, making a bold and passionate return to the stage.
Her newest single, Ocean, written by Carlie Wall, is the first glimpse into this next chapter. With the addition of a harpist/cellist and a violinist in the band, her music has taken on a hauntingly beautiful depth—melding folk, alternative, and cinematic elements into a sound that feels both intimate and expansive.
Fans of Goo Goo Dolls will find echoes of their emotional honesty and timeless melodies in Carlie’s work, while her message-driven artistry draws comparisons to Florence + The Machine. Like Florence Welch, Carlie’s music explores themes of vulnerability, empowerment, and spiritual awakening. Her sound and message also resonate with artists such as Brandi Carlile, Of Monsters and Men, and Sarah McLachlan—artists known for blending authenticity with transformative storytelling.
Her upcoming album marks a fresh evolution in sound and spirit: rich, emotional songwriting woven with strings and harmonies that speak directly to love, truth, and vulnerability. The first single is now available on all major streaming platforms, including Spotify and Apple Music.
Carlie Wall is back—and she’s bringing music that moves both the heart and soul.
